Our client, one of Atlantic Canada’s largest and leading law firms, is looking to welcome a confident, dynamic and highly motivated Corporate Lawyer to their Corporate & Commercial Law Team located in HRM. This firm prides themselves on their depth of expertise in their diverse practice areas, their first-class team and their community involvement for nearly 40 years.

The Corporate & Commercial Law Team represents local, Atlantic Canadian, Canadian, and international companies, providing advice and counsel for every level of investment in Nova Scotia.

As the ideal candidate, you will work both independently and collaboratively with a highly specialized team of lawyers demonstrating your broad range of legal expertise on a large spectrum of business law issues. A first impression of you establishes your high level of professionalism, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Assertive and clearly driven, you possess superior research, drafting and presentation skills. Demonstrating an entrepreneurial spirit, you will have a proven track record of success in developing business.

To be considered for this career changing opportunity, you have been successfully building your private practice managing a broad-based client portfolio for at least the last seven years. You posses a Bachelors of Law degree and are a member in good standing, or eligible for membership, with the Nova Scotia Barristers’ Society.
